Nutrition is an essential component of your overall health care.  Individuals with a vast array of conditions can improve their health and quality of life by receiving medical nutrition therapy.  Our RDs will counsel patients on behavioral and lifestyle changes for long-term healthy eating.  We can help address your specific medical conditions from a nutrition standpoint, helping you heal from the inside out. Our goal is to help you to avoid the Pharmacy and depend more on the Farmacy!  


We can address specific medical conditions including, but not limited to:

  • High Blood Pressure (Hypertension)

  • Cardiac Disease

  • High Cholesterol

  • PCOS

  • Inflammatory diseases like Rheumatoid/Psoriatic/Osteo Arthritis, Gout and Lupus,

  • Prenatal Nutrition

  • GI disorders such as Celiac Disease, Irritable Bowel Syndrome/Disease, Colitis, Inflammatory Bowel Disease/  Ulcerative Colitis, Crohn's Disease, Diverticulitis


We can also help you to avoid or replenish any vitamin/mineral deficiencies, help you with food allergies/intolerances, educate you specialty diets such as low sodium, Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten Free, low FODMAPs, and more. 

Initial Consultation

If you have multiple diseases to discuss additional appointments may be required.


1-hour initial consultation - We will go over your medical history, food/eating patterns, food intolerance's and allergies, review any blood work,  and provide education for a disease state. 

30-minute Follow-Up Appointments

For established patients.

$65.00 (for every 30-minutes)

We offer both phone and face to face follow-up appointments.  Follow-ups are an important part of your plan.  They help us to "tweek" your initial plan and ensure you are on track for meeting your goals. 

Online Coaching

$35.00 per assessment

Online coaching is a tool we can use to save you the trip to our office.  We offer online coaching for food/exercise log reviews and for lab work reviews.  Call our office to schedule this service.  

  • Food/Exercise Log Review:  Once scheduled you will be emailed a food/exercise log to complete and email back to our office via our contact form on this website.  You may also fax them to 443-490-5060.  

  • Lab Work Review: If you have labs that you would like our dietitians to help avoid or replenish vitamin/mineral deficiencies.  Labs may be emailed to us via our contact form or faxed to 443-490-5060.  This service must be scheduled prior to our review.
