Our Sports/ Athletic Nutrition program is designed for patients looking to improve their athletic performance, how to properly fuel your body and information on supplements. Sports Nutrition Starter Program

Looking to improve your athletic performance?
Want to learn more about foods that fuel your body?

Our starter program includes:

  • 1-hour initial consultation with the RD to establish you as a client and review your medical history, energy level, eating habits, food preferences, allergies, intolerance, training and competition schedules and your athletic goals.  Following this appointment, we will create an individual plan for you using foods and recipes you will enjoy. 

  • 1-hour follow-up consultation with the RD to review your in-depth plan that will help you with pre-training and post event meal planning.  We will review your food and exercise logs and you’ll leave with a better understanding of your individual nutrition requirements to properly fuel your body and improve your athletic performance and endurance. ​ ​

  • 30-minute follow-up appointments We’ll use these appointments to review your food and exercise logs and assess your progress towards your nutrition and performance goals.  We’ll strategize how to overcome any obstacles that may be getting in the way of meeting your goals.​

Upon completion of the starter program services above, we offer many follow-up options phone, in-person, online coaching, groups, packages are available for continued care.

Sports Nutrition Education Presentation

1.5-hour sports nutrition education presentation.  Learn how to fuel your body properly to improve your performance.   Learn why nutrition can make a big impact on athletic performance. 

After this education presentation, we encourage you to schedule individual consultations to develop a customized individual plan.  


30-minute Follow-Up Appointments

We offer both phone and face to face follow-up appointments.  Follow-ups are an important part of your plan.  They help us to "tweek" your initial plan and ensure you are on track for meeting your goals. 

$65.00 (for every 30-minutes)

For established patients only.

Online Coaching

Online coaching is a tool we can use to save you the trip to our office.  We offer online coaching for food/exercise log reviews and for lab work reviews.  Call our office to schedule this service.  

  • Food/Exercise Log Review:  Once scheduled you will be emailed a food/exercise log to complete and email back to our office via our contact form on this website.  You may also fax them to 443-490-5060.  

  • Lab Work Review: If you have labs that you would like our dietitians to help avoid or replenish vitamin/mineral deficiencies.  Labs may be emailed to us via our contact form or faxed to 443-490-5060.  This service must be scheduled prior to our review.
